The main purpose of the job is to sell RSA’s Enterprise Governance, Risk and Compliance (eGRC) programs and solutions developing sales in the DACH region.

AREAS of RESPONSIBILITY
The Sales Specialist is responsible for identifying and developing new strategic opportunities to grow the client base and gain market share. They will develop strong relationships with key customer contacts at all levels of the business to gain an understanding of critical business drivers that influence purchasing decisions. They will also review the feasibility of new markets and their potential growth opportunities.
Achieve both your quarterly and annual sales goals and objectives.
Take ownership and manage all areas of the business relationship between RSA Security and your nominated territory/key accounts.
Develop multi-level relationships within your Key Accounts using a virtual team of RSA/DELL/EMC resource, to maximise revenues opportunities and establish RSA as a strategic, long term partner/trusted advisor.
Execute on an effective account/opportunity management and business planning process which is supported and influenced by a virtual team to include RSA Senior Executives, Product Management, Engineering, Professional Services and Sales Engineers.
Develop a deep understanding of both the customer and competitive landscape, enabling a business dialogue to be conducted when necessary with C level contacts, in a manner and language that clearly demonstrates a high level of competence in these areas.
Provide accurate and timely forecasts within SFDC Represent RSA in a professional manner at all times.
Develop, maintain and share a Customer Account Plan for your top strategic accounts, ensure these are current, factual and easily accessible by the virtual team.
Attend appropriate training to develop relevant knowledge and skills.
Knowledge of Information Security GRC solutions and experience in implementing and/or managing risk and compliance processes/tools within large, complex organizations
Proven enterprise sales experience within the fields of IT Risk/Op Risk/ Business Continuity/eGRC/Regulatory Compliance
Ability to articulate business relevance of product information to support the sales cycle
Previous experience of selling to the DACH region including German speaking Switzerland.
Adept negotiator who can create long term relationships and business value to our customers, with a proven track record of achievement at the enterprise and channel level

Fluent German and English are both essential
