Job Description:

Principal Program Manager – Presales Division


Responsible for all aspects for Presales Tools & Go-To-Market Process. Working with key stakeholders, identify and gather requirements for automating and improving the efficiency of Presales customer tools, and the selling process. Manage internal and external websites related to Tools and Process. Manage projects and provide training. Assist with quarterly accreditation, boot camps, documentation and other ongoing enablement for presales. Provide new hire and GSAP training for presales tools.


Provides cross functional leadership on large scale programs or multiple complex projects that affect organizational long-term goals and objectives. Identifies and allocates resources as necessary to ensure project/program deliverables are met.

Develops, defines and leads execution of programs. Oversees project/program goals and prioritization setting. Evaluates and recommends techniques and practices that ensure goal achievement. Resolves complex problems, anticipates change and redirects efforts as necessary.

Communicates project or program status, readiness, and business issues and risks across organization and to management, including senior management and executives.

Influences and manages continuous improvement of project/program process, practices and initiatives.

Strong awareness of industry trends, business conditions and internal processes and practices to meet project/program delivery requirements.

Provides work direction, training and development of team members. May oversee efforts of multiple teams.


7+ year of Program or Project Management experience

Any PM experience within a Presales environment would be highly desired

Ability to work effectively with senior management.

Ability to lead, motivate and direct a workgroup.

Possesses strong product/technology/industry knowledge.

Ability to influence others to achieve results.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
