The level of complexity in this space requires strong leadership in terms of strategy and execution capability. The EMEA leader will be responsible for defining the sales & marketing strategy for our Global Accounts in collaboration with the Regional and Functional Leaders, as well as with corporate counterparts. The EMEA Executive Leader is accountable for delivering the overall segment targets for Global Accounts in EMEA focusing on; revenue growth, market share vs. competitors and profitability.

Given Global Accounts is a major contributor to our EMEA and global growth, it is key we have senior leadership talent to increase our ability to deliver an increased business-outcome oriented sale.


• Be responsible for revenue attainment, revenue growth, increased market share and profitability of the group of Global Accounts in EMEA

• Develop and implement the EMEA GTM for Global Accounts internally and externally, working closely with the Theatre, Regional and Country Leaders across the Globe, to ensure Dell EMC is THE trusted partner and advisers to our customers

• Attract, hire and develop a regional leadership team who are individually accountable for a group of Global Accounts

• As the EMEA theatre leader, you will set the strategy for Global Accounts as well as directly supporting sales efforts towards winning key deals

• Provide executive sponsorship to the respective Global Accounts in EMEA

• Provide guidance and leadership in definition, project management and execution of strategic sales initiatives

• Develop executive customer relationships as well as with other decisions makers, influencers and partners with critical strategic value to Dell EMC

• Contribute to developing the strategically aligned-businesses dedicated to Global Accounts

• Develop a repeatable, sustainable business model across EMEA to maintain a strong pipeline of business opportunity across the entire portfolio of products

• Develop a strong EMEA Global Accounts community to share best practices, adopt uniform methodologies and enhance internal and external business intelligence

• Plan, organize, lead and control balanced sales growth, continued account growth on a long term multi-year focus

• Play critical leadership role on both EMEA Executive Leadership Team and the WW Global Accounts Team


• Ability to build a strategic sustainable business model for growth and market share acquisition

• Strong, large customer sales strategy and execution experience

• Ability to develop executive level relationships and enable your team to do the same

• Extensive people management experience in a large-scale complex sales organization

• Ability to engage the field and sales management

• Demonstrable competencies in large scale sales projects

• Ability to deal effectively and remain focused on key tasks in a multidimensional organization

• Demonstrable sales and service delivery experience with proven quota attainment

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with and present to executive level

• Able to build internal and external network

• Solid business and industry knowledge and experience in managing and growing large Enterprise/Global Accounts

• Ability to understand business issues and articulate EMC Dell as the company to engage with in order to embrace their digital agenda

• Strong Matrix management capability as well as being Cultural savvy with extensive international experience
