Job Description:

As the website manager, you will have overall responsibility for the website including design, implementation and performance. You will ensure the website adheres to best practices while continually testing and innovating to ensure the website delivers on it’s performance goals and delivers an excellent user experience.

The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of all aspects of website management and optimization, including information architecture, UX/UI, digital content development, conversion optimization, SEO, and analytics. S/He will also have strong project management skills to successfully juggle multiple web initiatives at a time.

An optimal candidate will have experience optimizing B to B websites for lead generation for sales. And could include experience with personalization, optimizing CTA’s and increasing visibility of content that accelerates the buying process.


  • Manage the web marketing team and ensure that web marketing and our site delivers to our growth plans

  • Collaborate with senior members of the Marketing team to build and own the website strategy

  • Identify web solutions to address business problems and determine how to strategically handle launches or updates within the site to proactively provide plans and recommendations.

  • Work with key constituents across the company to actively managing website projects to successful completion on time and on budget

  • Oversee budgets and analyze the effectiveness of website campaigns to determine ROI and prioritize resources

  • Analyze reports/analysis and complete updates on website performance and plan to optimize

  • Build and execute website Q/A processes to ensure flawless web page/project launches

  • Work effectively at all levels, across functions and geographies

Preferred Qualifications/skills

  • 7+ years of B2B website experience

  • Experience with lead generation accountabilities and focusing on lead generation as a main KPI

  • Excellent project management/detailed oriented

  • Experience with AEM preferred

  • Ability to work among and drive projects across different departments

  • Ability to define and manage a budget

  • Experience doing A/B testing for key initiatives and pages

  • Experience running SEO projects
